羅馬椅挺身練背和練臀的差別,這個你一定要知道。去健身房運動的朋友一定知道羅馬椅這台器械,很多人會用羅馬椅做挺身動作。多數人會用這個動作練下背部肌肉,也就是豎脊肌。

但也有人用這個器械練臀,那為什麼用羅馬椅既可以練臀,又可以練豎脊肌呢?這主要取決於你做動作時的姿勢,先來看練豎脊肌練臀的動作,如下:

以上兩個動作,粗看或許沒有什麼不同。但細看你就發現,山羊挺身練豎脊肌是挺腰的動作,羅馬椅屈髖練臀是挺髖的動作,屈髖為主導。其次就是挺身的高度,練臀的挺身高度會低於練腰的高度。最後就是俯身屈髖的角度,練臀的動作是弓腰讓臀部拉到最長,練下背的動作是始終保持下背收緊挺直。
